To many this is the pinnacle of yachting qualifications and is a prerequisite for obtaining a commercial endorsement.  The exam will test the skipper’s ability and can therefore appear daunting to potential candidates. However, well-prepared skippers with the right experience needn’t worry. With Premier’s practice and preparation course, you should be able to relax sufficiently to let your skills shine through any exam nerves.

With only 2 Yachtmaster students plus one crew member on our 8-berth boats you will have a cabin all to yourself, ensuring a comfortable environment for all on board for the duration of the course.

This course is brilliant fun and our venue has very warm water and the facilities to make waves. There is a serious aspect to the course as statistics prove that, should the worst happen, people who have done this course survive more than those who don’t do it. Launching and using the liferaft in a pool is an essential part of this course.  We feel it is also important that you experience an automatic lifejacket inflating and gain confidence that it will work when needed.  Please note that this course is run in conjunction with  our colleagues at City Sailing. Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
